25 Years Later: Lang Park Redevelopment

25 years after we started the investigation of site contamination at the old Lang Park (now Suncorp Stadium), we are back in Castlemaine Street drilling investigation holes.  It is a trip down memory lane and an opportunity to remind ourselves about the ground conditions in the area.  Here are some photos from our time on site early in the Lang Park redevelopment.

Note the XXXX brewery just up the hill.  Fun fact: the groundwater we encountered under Castlemaine Street while installing new services, smelled like beer!
