We announce the retirement of long-serving founder and director of Butler Partners; Mr Bruce Butler, after a highly distinguished career of over 45 years in the Geotechnical Consulting field. Bruce has been a lion of the industry and contributed to the delivery of an enormous number of significant and iconic projects both in Australia and internationally. For the last 25 years he has been one of the driving forces in establishing Butler Partners Group as one of the largest specialist Geotechnical, Geo-environmental, Groundwater Consultants and Construction Testing companies in Queensland. We wish Bruce all the very best for his retirement.

Accordingly, Thursday 7th April 2022 marks the first day of a new chapter in the Butler Partners Group with fellow directors and shareholders; Mike Neighbour, Suzanne Walker & Chris Bloxsom having purchased Bruce’s share of the three companies that make up the group;

•    Butler Partners Pty Ltd;
•    Butler Partners (Regional) Pty Ltd; and
•    Ground Testing Services Pty Ltd.

Mike, Suzanne & Chris are now equal partners in each company and overall the Group will operate effectively as one entity and as seamlessly as possible across geography, business entities and technical disciplines.
